• successful identification of ancestors or relatives;

• eligibility for citizenship, tribal enrollment, lineage society membership, inheritance claims, or legal benefits;

• or acceptance of research findings by governmental or third-party organizations.

Formal service engagements are governed separately through executed contracts, Statements of Work (“SOWs”), proposals, or service agreements.

Clients may upload documents, photographs, records, forms, and other materials through the client portal or related systems.

You retain ownership of your submitted materials. However, by submitting materials to us, you grant Lineage Genealogy, LLC a limited, non-exclusive right to use those materials solely for:

• providing contracted services;

• communicating with you regarding your project;

• maintaining project records;

• and complying with legal or professional obligations.

You agree not to upload:

• unlawful materials;

• malicious software;

• copyrighted materials you do not have permission to share;

• or sensitive information unrelated to the requested services.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend portal access if misuse is identified.

All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, reports, and materials created by Lineage Genealogy, LLC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise noted.

You may not:
